Shipping Information
1. Delivery Coverage
1.1 We deliver our products to Malaysia and other countries, unless the location is NOT supported by any international courier company.
1.2 We do not deliver to P.O. Box or freight forwarding addresses.
2. Order Processing
2.1 Orders made before 12pm will be sent out the same working day. Otherwise, it will be the next working day. Working day is Monday to Friday except Malaysia Public Holidays.
3. Courier Partners and Delivery Time
3.1 For Malaysia addresses, we use SPX Express, Pos Malaysia / Pos Laju, City-Link, and J&T Express. Delivery normally takes less than 3 working days for West Malaysia and 5 working days for East Malaysia.
3.2 For other countries, we use FedEx, DHL, UPS, Teleport, or Aramex. International delivery usually takes approximately 5–14 working days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
4. Tracking
4.1 Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking number or link will be sent to you.
5. Failed Delivery and Re-Delivery
5.1 If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a notice will be left with details for re-delivery or collection. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange re-delivery with the courier company.
5.2 If the goods are returned to us, a second re-delivery charge will be incurred.
6. Lost Parcels
6.1 If the parcel is confirmed lost during delivery, we will refund or resend a new order to you.
7. Customs and Handling Fees (International Orders)
7.1 Handling and customs fees may apply to parcels sent outside Malaysia. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
