Return / Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
1.1 Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days after you receive your order.
1.2 Items must be unused and in their original condition.
2. How to Submit a Request
2.1 Please send your request to info@jadibatek.com and we will inform you the address to return and arrange the refund or exchange.
3. Refunds, Exchanges & Courier Fees
3.1 Please note that you will need to cover the courier or shipping fee to return the goods to us.
3.2 After we have received the goods, we will either send new goods to you with additional courier fee or arrange the refund. The refund amount will be the sales amount minus the courier fee.
3.3 If the order is proven to be incorrect or faulty, we will refund the courier fee or pay for the return courier fee.
